This is the most basic of hand held power drills. It is a simple electric drill with one speed and one direction. It is mainly good for drilling holes in wood, metal, plastic, and soft metals. You will not likely find many of these around today as their uses are rather limited.

These batteries are less expensive but the Li-ion batteries are far superior in three ways.

There are also cheap cellphone batteries that don't deliver the goods. They may be cheap for reasons that are clear and this is because they are not of good quality.
